End User License Agreement

The following is the legal software license agreement between you, the end user of the software and the developer of this application.

License Authorization

This license allows you to use the software package or the software copy included in the product on your personal computer or hardware device.

Usage Terms:

• This program can be used at any time on one personal computer or hardware device per software license
• You may not use this software on hardware devices or personal computers not owned or controlled by you
• You are not allowed to distribute or make the software capable of being used for networks shared by multiple devices
• Special license is required from YCC365Plus for network server installations

Prohibited Activities:

It is not allowed to use modification, translation, reverse assembly, decompilation, disassembly or other means to attempt to:

1. Destruct, avoid, bypass, delete, stop or use other means to evade any software protection mechanism
2. Export the source code or basic idea, algorithm, structure or organization from the software (unless such activities are prohibited by applicable laws)

Content Use

This software can only be used by the licensed media.

Prohibited Uses:

• Infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, business secret, or publicity rights
• Any violation of third-party rights

Your Responsibilities:

You are required to:

• Ensure that content created, copied, downloaded, recorded, played back, distributed and/or issued with this software has not infringed upon any rights
• Obtain necessary licenses from the owners of these rights
• Not attempt to evade control of technical measures for copyright-protected content

Content Distribution

Personal Use Only:

Disclaimer

What This Means:

• No explicit or implied warranty is provided
• No implied warranty for marketability and applicability of specific purposes
• No guarantee for non-infringement of intellectual property rights
• YCC365Plus explicitly denies that there is any warranty

Your Risk:

• You undertake all risks related to quality and performance
• If the software has any defects, you (not YCC365Plus or authorized distributor) shall undertake the cost for repair or correction

Limited Liability

Scope of Liability:

In any case, YCC365Plus and its licenser do not undertake responsibility for:

• Unique machine ID (automatically generated at installation)
• Other YCC365Plus products installed on the same machine

• Use information will not be collected with personal identification information
• Use anonymity will be maintained

Automatic Updates:

This software might automatically connect to the Internet to:

• Check for error repair patches
• Download additional functions, plug-ins, and new versions

Marketing Communications:

You agree that YCC365Plus can provide you with:

• Related software updates
• Special discount information from YCC365Plus, YCC365Plus Alliance, and third-party partners

Compensation

Your Agreement to Indemnify:

You agree to indemnify, compensate and defend YCC365Plus, its senior staff, directors and employees regarding:

• Any loss, damage compensation, penalty and expenses (including lawyer fees)
• Related to any claim for compensation arising from or caused by you

This Applies To:

1. Violation of Rights: Use, check, copy, download, encode, compress, or transmit any information related to this software in violation of another party's rights or any applicable law (except information provided by YCC365Plus)

2. License Violation: Violate any clause in this license agreement

Termination Clause

Agreement Validity:

This agreement is fully valid during the use of the service.

Your Rights:

• You can terminate the use of the service at any time

YCC365Plus Rights:

YCC365Plus may, at any time and for any reason:

• Confiscate and damage all information related to your membership
• Terminate or pause your access service or membership
• No warning required

Upon Violation:

If you violate any term or clause, YCC365Plus can immediately:

• Terminate or pause any and all services
• Block access to the website
• No notification in advance or responsibility

After Termination:

• Your right to use the service will be immediately terminated
• Access to the website and any content will be terminated
• All clauses of this agreement remain valid, including:
  • Ownership right clauses
  • Warranty disclaimer
  • Liability limitation
